About Us
Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd., is a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Wet and Dry Cylinder Liners, Air Cooled Blocks and Custom Made Casting Parts for Automobile and Industrial Engines. The company had acquired an ISO 9001:2000 certificate from TUV in the year 2005. Over the last 30 years, we have grown from manufacturing 4,000 cylinder liners per month to over 70,000 as the current status. We have a total working strength of over 200 employees in various divisions who are well experienced and technically qualified personnel. Our parent company, Kishan Manufacturer, was established in the year 1976.
Our manufacturing facility of about 50k sq. ft. is located at Rajkot in India. It consists of two 300 kg. induction furnaces and a cupola foundry. Our total casting capacity is over 500 tonnes per month. We have developed in-house proprietary processing facility to produce the highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to follow rigorous quality assurance process. We have noticeably invested in equipments like various special gauges, roughness tester, slip gauge, height gauge, ferro lab and spectrometer to help our Quality Assurance team undertake the best job. On-site spectrometer helps us to maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch which conforms to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications. We also have a state of the art laser-marking machine to facilitate proper part number marking and identification.
We believe that the quality of products provides the true reflection of our company, and we follow the best practices for all our manufacturing process. We also allow our customers to fine-tune the process to meet their specific needs.
We are exporting liners to over 15 countries across the globe. Our domestic customers include Goetz, Usha, IPL and Menon. We are also indirectly exporting to Federal Mogul & AE. Our range of overseas clients in USA, UAE, Kenya and many other countries include Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Mercedes, Komatsu, Navistar, Mack, John Deere, Cummins, Caterpillar, Yanmar, Kubota, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, etc. We have developed over 800 different types of Wet and Dry Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks for LCV, HCV, Marine Engines, Stationary Engines, Compressors, 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, and industrial engines.
