Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-9001:2000 certified leading manufacturer and exporter of wet & dry cylinder liners, sleeves, air cooled blocks and custom made casting parts for automobile and industrial engine applications. We are in this business for past 30 years and now produce over 1 million cylinder liners per year. We take great pride in our more than 200 plus employees, who are well experienced and technically qualified to produce the highest quality products.
Our manufacturing facility is strategically located at the industrial area in Rajkot, India. The foundry consists of four Induction Furnaces and a Cupola Furnace with 60 centrifugal casting machines and two cell moulding machines. We have proprietary process, developed in-house, to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to attain that we follow rigorous quality assurance process. Our machine shop has CNC, VMC, special purpose boring, honing, grinding and custom made lathe machines for the precise job our customers require under strict tolerance.
We have invested in equipments like various special gauges, roughness tester, slip gauge, height gauge, ferro lab, metallurgical microscope and spectrometer from Spectromaxx Germany to help our QA team do the best job. On-site spectrometer helps us maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch conforming to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications provided by our customers. We also have a state of the art laser-marking machine to facilitate proper part marking & identification.
We are exporting liners to over 15 countries across the globe. Our domestic customers include Goetz, Usha, IPL and Menon. We are also indirectly exporting to Federal Mogul & AE. Our range of overseas clients in USA, UAE, Kenya and many other countries include Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Mercedes, Komatsu, Navistar, Mack, John Deere, Cummins, Caterpillar, Yanmar, Kubota, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, etc. We have developed over 800 different types of Wet and Dry Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks for LCV, HCV, Marine Engines, Stationary Engines, Compressors, 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, and industrial engines.
